Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behaviorFacilitate social-emotional learning, play-based activities, and school readiness skills Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices Strong classroom management and communication skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations About Us: Toddlers Ink LLC is a dedicated early childhood education provider serving the Fulton, MO community with a commitment to nurturing young minds in a safe and loving setting.
