You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current families and ensuring they experience why Happy Happens Here. Hours are 2:00-6:15/6:30 PM Monday through Friday. There is potential to become full-time.What We Offer:State-of-the-Art Classrooms: Our immersive classroom setting utilizes the latest technology, materials, and resources to allow children to "learn, play, and grow."Opportunities for Growth: We offer ongoing training and professional development.Compensation: Competitive healthcare benefits, premium compensation, discounted childcare, and performance bonuses.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day closing operations of the center.Provide guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high-quality programs and services.Cleaning and closing down the building.Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning experience.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning and development.Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hourThe Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
