Project ManagerWe are representing a reputable mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to support commercial HVAC and plumbing design build projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with field teams, estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.The ideal candidate has strong experience with commercial mechanical construction and understands HVAC systems, plumbing scopes, scheduling, and project execution within fast paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from startup through closeoutCoordinate schedules, subcontractors, manpower, and material procurementManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationTrack project budgets, labor productivity, and overall financial performanceCoordinate with field teams, foremen, engineers, and ownership throughout project executionReview project drawings, specifications, and mechanical scopesSupport design build coordination and assist with constructability reviewsLead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standardsMaintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholdersProject TypesCommercial mechanical constructionHVAC and plumbing systemsDesign build projectsTenant improvements and renovationsOffice, industrial, healthcare, retail, and commercial facilitiesQualifications5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project managementStrong background in commercial HVAC and plumbing projectsDesign build experience preferredUnderstanding of mechanical systems, piping, ductwork, and HVAC equipmentAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools preferredStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOVehicle allowance and gas card
