Development Coordinator

Development Coordinator - Fund Development Full Time 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday Reseda, CA Responsibilities Responsible for planning and implementing programs and meetings for executive members, donors, and community. Assisting with meeting preparation and follow‑up; handling logistics for board meetings, luncheons, breakfasts, and committee meetings. Handling logistics for Circle of Life dinner (gala), Golf Tournament, Poker Tournament, special events, donor recognition, and stewardship events. Managing donor listings and information in Raiser’s Edge. Communicating with residents, donors, and Board members; general office management. Processing stewardship and acknowledgement letters; preparing personalized correspondence; handling tribute donations and cards. Coordinating campus tours. Staff support for special events and programs, including logistics, scheduling speakers, marketing materials, clerical support, and attendance management. Providing administrative support to Director of Affinity Groups, VP of Planned Giving, and others as needed. Other projects as assigned. Education and Skills Must possess an AA Degree, Bachelor's preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
