Citrix Administrator

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
- Manage Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, StoreFront, published applications, and virtual desktops.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix Delivery Controllers, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, and License Servers.
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain Citrix Golden/Master Images.
- Manage FSLogix, user profiles, Citrix policies, and application access.
- Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, hotfixes, and maintenance.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Provide production and major incident support, including on-call support when required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Citrix Administration and VDI Support
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and Studio
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with FSLogix and Citrix user profiles
- Hands-on experience with Citrix upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Knowledge of Windows 365 and VMware
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise VDI environments
