Compliance Officer: Marketing & Regulatory Lead, Growth

Compliance Officer (New York, NY): Our client is a leading global alternative investment manager with a sophisticated institutional platform and a broad private funds business. The firm is looking to add a Compliance Officer who will play a key role in managing and enhancing the firm’s marketing review, distribution compliance, regulatory reporting, testing, training, and broader compliance program. This person will be a key member of the Compliance team and will work closely with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Investor Relations, Legal, Engineering, and investment/business teams. The role will have significant ownership over the marketing material review process, including private fund marketing materials, DDQs, social media, investor communications, and related materials.
