In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of our Internet and telephone services for both residential and commercial customers. You’ll work with cutting-edge fiber-optic technology in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.**WHAT YOU’LL DO:*** Install and troubleshoot voice and data services, using the latest test equipment and following our safety and installation guidelines.* Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance.* Handle physical tasks like climbing, digging, and drilling as needed, while adhering to all safety protocols.* Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to help improve our services.* Stay ahead of trends through continuous training and development.* Participate in on-call and shift work as required.**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:*** Valid driver’s license.* High school diploma (advanced education in IT, electronics, or a related field is a plus!).* A customer-first approach to problem-solving.* Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months.* Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.**Who We Are** The Armstrong Group is a family owned and operated collection of diverse companies.
