Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality property images and videos, including drone footage, to showcase real estate listings effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate media production, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to deliver final products within a 24-hour turnaround time while traveling locally to various property locations.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional property photographs and videos to highlight listing features
- Operate drone equipment to obtain aerial footage of properties
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Edit and produce final media assets within 24 hours of the shoot
- Travel locally to multiple property locations as required
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate photography
- Valid Part 107 certification for drone operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled in both photography and videography techniques
- Experienced drone operator familiar with capturing aerial real estate footage
