Case Manager – Criminal Defense Law Firm

Join Our Team as a Criminal Defense Case Manager- SPANISH SPEAKER

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people through difficult situations? We are seeking a motivated Case Manager to join our fast-paced criminal defense law firm. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their case.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their cases
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and next steps
Gather, organize, and manage case documents and records
Schedule appointments, court appearances, and attorney-client meetings
Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative support
Coordinate with courts, prosecutors, investigators, and outside agencies
Track deadlines and ensure case files remain accurate and up to date
Document all client communications in the case management system
Provide compassionate support to clients during stressful legal matters

Qualifications

Previous legal, case management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
