We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support our integration with Salesforce.com and drive key business processes remotely. In this role, you'll translate complex business needs into clear requirements, helping to enhance our platform's effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives. The focus is on creating solutions that genuinely impact our operations and customer experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with Salesforce.com
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
