Y-Haven Residential Treatment and Recovery Center, 6001 Woodland Ave, Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America Overview Y-Haven provides temporary housing and drug and alcohol treatment to adults in Cuyahoga County who are most in need. Formed in 1993 by the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, Y-Haven has helped thousands recover from addiction, secure permanent housing, and rebuild their lives. Y-Haven offers healing and hope. Job Title and Reporting Clinical Administrator Supervisor: Clinical Director Responsibilities The Clinical Administrator will oversee administrative duties essential for successfully implementing Y-Haven’s Residential Treatment program and other clinical services. Ensure all Residential Treatment and other clinical services are documented and reported, including providing meals to participants and 30 hours of documented clinical and non-clinical services each week to each participant. Coordinate with third‑party meal provider and peer support providers. Manage treatment group schedules and residential room assignments. Learn and manage Y-Haven’s Electronic Medical Record (Foothold “AWARDS”). Build forms and create reports in the Electronic Medical Record, covering documentation of 30 hours of weekly residential treatment services, MAT services, food, program completion rate, client satisfaction, etc. Support billing by ensuring the third‑party insurance biller has the required information. Assure regular monitoring of meal program quality, safety, and compliance with local and state regulations. Perform general duties such as maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, participating in association events, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical management. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software. Demonstrated sound judgment when seeking additional supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks successfully. Physical Requirements Inclusive of frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and bending. Some work may be outside and may encounter inclement weather. General Requirements Must be able to read and write legibly and in an understandable manner. Must be able to effectively communicate with and observe program participants, members, and YMCA staff.
