Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 3-year-old children. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and activities. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning. Conduct regular assessments to track student development and growth. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience teaching preschool-aged children is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
