Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our branch; a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the plumbing supply distribution business from the ground up and grow within it. This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You'll be on your feet, on the road, and working alongside a team that supports contractors and keeps jobs moving. For the right person, this role is an opportunity to learn the products, the customers, and the operation, with a path into roles like counter sales, inside sales, or broader operations over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL)
- Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance
- Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations and learn the flow of the business
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience is a plus (we can train)
- Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful
- Stable weekday schedule (no nights or weekends)
