As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Sage - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Life & Health License (Preferred)
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Henderson, NV.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
