Operations Associate

We’re looking for Operations Associates to join our fast moving team to work to help make Spot run by assembling at-home diagnostics kits on a part-time, contract basis. Our product kits are a combination of goods or literature packaged together in a mailer, carton, or pouch. They are often used as medical test sets. Part-time and flexible hours. Set your own schedule. Perfect for college students looking for extra work. Objectives Follow company packing procedures and standards Handle inventory with care and attention to detail Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully Responsibilities Follow different workflows as production requires Fold and glue boxes and mailers Shrinkwrap kit boxes Print mailing addresses, date codes, or ID numbers for packaging Insert product literature into kits Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements High school diploma or GED At least 18 years old Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time Detail-oriented Must be able to show proof of vaccination Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations, growth, or strategy at a start-up, biotech company, or in healthcare Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks Demonstrated ability to contribute/own product initiatives and figure things out quickly Strong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skills Proven track record of exceptional ability and Thriving with uncertainty and highly motivated Benefits Talented and collaborative coworkers who will both push and support you Market competitive pay This a part-time position based in Cincinnati, OH #J-18808-Ljbffr PassFort
