Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
