Job Description & Requirements Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40 This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: November 25th & November 26th (9a-7p) with the potential of future dates.
· Total census per provider per shift: 10-12
· Procedures required: Standard
· Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
· Support: Yes
· Certifications and license required: Active Oregon state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
· Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
