Responsibilities

At Pizza Ranch, we believe our management team is a vital part of our success. As a FunZone Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations while working alongside team members to deliver a legendary guest experience in our FunZone Arcade.

In this role, you will help drive store-level profitability and sales by managing gaming operations, prize inventory, and labor costs. Most importantly, you will provide genuine care for both team members and guests, creating a lasting, positive impact during every shift.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage all aspects of staffing and training for FunZone Attendants
• Plan, market, and organize group events and parties, including reservations, guest communication, and staffing
• Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control of the Redemption Center
• Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests
• Maintain advanced knowledge of FunZone systems and games
• Minimize game downtime through proper maintenance and service coordination
• Ensure cleanliness and overall appearance of the FunZone and games
• Utilize reporting systems to monitor and drive FunZone profitability
• Build community engagement through partnerships with local organizations and businesses

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with computers and POS systems
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Detail-oriented with proven planning and execution abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change effectively
• Understanding of basic marketing principles (targeting, advertising, pricing, sales process, and negotiation)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
