Description Princeton Properties, a premier New England based Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our Worcester, MA property. This is a great opportunity for a technician with multifamily apartment-home maintenance skills and experience. We are a respected, New England-based property management company, and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Worcester, MA area. What You’ll Do: Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes. Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues. Respond to emergency calls on a rotating on-call schedule. Work independently and with a team to keep our communities clean and functioning. Communicate with vendors and property management staff as needed. Participate in snow removal when required (including nights/weekends during storms). What You Bring: Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment Residential maintenance experience required (apartment or general repair) — we’ll provide training! Possesses a basic set of hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks like bending, reaching, crawling, etc. Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule) The preferred candidate will live in the greater Worcester, MA area and must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
