There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.**Job Responsibilities*** Leads complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.* Provides strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning, execution, and risk management.* Oversees engagement teams, delivery quality, and issue resolution.* Supports client relationship management and engagement expansion opportunities.* Collaborates with deal, functional, and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.* Mentors managers and supports development of future leaders.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.* 9+ years of experience.* Proven experience leading complex client engagements.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.* Consulting or advisory leadership experience.**Additional Role Expectations*** Travel: As required by client engagements.* Peak Periods: Increased workload during major transactions.* Scheduling: High flexibility based on client needs.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
