We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoys building relationships with homeowners and guests, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through personalized attention and outstanding hospitality.CompensationCompetitive hourly wage ($21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience)Immediate opening availableFull-Time BenefitsSeasonal Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental C Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday PayEmployee Lunch ProvidedEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Additional HOAMCO employee benefitsQualificationsPrevious hospitality, concierge, front desk, resort, hotel, or customer service experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance with a warm, welcoming demeanorStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized serviceComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and reservation software experience preferredAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentAbility to remain flexible and adapt to changing prioritiesReliable transportation and punctual attendanceBi-lingual preferredEssential DutiesWelcome homeowners and guests with a professional, friendly, and personalized arrival experience.Coordinate villa arrivals, departures, and owner reservations.Assist with dining recommendations, activity planning, transportation arrangements, and local area information.Respond promptly and professionally to owner and guest requests while anticipating needs whenever possible.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure Villas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.Monitor reservations, guest communications, and daily operational reports for accuracy.Prepare arrival amenities, welcome materials, and personalized guest experiences.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on owner and guest requests.Assist with administrative projects, special events, and additional operational responsibilities as assigned.Deliver exceptional service while representing the luxury standards and hospitality culture of The Villas at Seven Canyons.Why Join Our Team?At The Villas at Seven Canyons, hospitality is more than a job—it's creating meaningful experiences for our owners and guests.
