Position: IT Service Desk TechnicianJOB REF#: 44616-65831
Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Pay Rate: $27.00 (W2) per hour This role is 100% ONSITE (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Printer Administration and Troubleshooting: Server Print Queue, and local Queues Active Directory Management: Able to navigate Different OUs Able to look up attributes Able to reset password and unlock accounts iOS Management, Support, and Deployments: Setting up new phones/iPads Resetting iTunes accounts MS Teams Cisco Presence video solutions Network Troubleshooting: Internal vs external VPN LTE Wi-Fi Application Troubleshooting: Compatibility settings Remote Support: MSRA RDP MS Teams ServiceNow: Ticket management and AssignmentREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, setup, and troubleshooting Experience with printer administration and troubleshooting Experience providing Active Directory user administration Experience setting up/resetting iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) Experienced with Video Conferencing tools, such as Cisco WebEx, MS Teams and Cisco Presence video solutions Experience with network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE) Experience with remote support tools (RDP, MSRA, Teams, WebEx) Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Ability to troubleshoot end-user applications and access issues Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.DESIRED SKILLS:
