Technical Support Specialist

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications: Someone to assist in daily computer and telecommunication systems support. Job Description: The Technical Support Analyst will assist in daily computer and telecommunication systems support. This person will be responsible for resolving computer, network, and telecommunication problems as needed, including software & hardware support. This person must have 2 years of IT experience and strong customer service skills. This is a fast-paced environment and handle regular interruptions with daily schedule. Required Experience: 3-5 years of IT support experience with Microsoft Windows (10, Server 2019/2016/2012/2008 R2) and Linux Suse. Hands-on experience with Office 365 Products, Powershell, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Networking knowledge in TCP/IP, topology, routing, switching; virtualization with Hyper-V, etc. Preferred but not required: Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA. Experience with user account management across multiple platforms, data backup/recovery, and software deployment. Interpersonal and documentation skills.
