Information Technology Support Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote following initial training)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST

Experience: 1+ years of professional IT support experience

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join a well-established national law firm in Nashville, TN.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to grow their technical skills in a collaborative, professional environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting technology issues, supporting end users, and providing exceptional customer service.

Candidates with at least one year of professional IT support experience are encouraged to apply. Prior law firm experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Respond to IT help desk inquiries via phone and track requests through a ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other office technology.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related applications.
• Assist with user accounts, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Set up and support audio/video conferencing equipment for internal and external meetings.
• Configure mobile devices for email, calendar, and other business applications.
• Assist with computer imaging, workstation setup, and equipment deployment.
• Support remote connectivity tools, including VPN and remote desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot office phones, printers, and other peripherals.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and assist with equipment inventory.
• Provide occasional after-hours support and on-site assistance at other firm offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
• Familiarity with remote support tools, VPNs, Citrix, or Cisco AnyConnect is a plus.
• Experience with computer imaging and software installation is preferred.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple support requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.

Work Arrangement

The position requires 100% on-site attendance during the initial training period . Once training is successfully completed and the employee is approved to work independently, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.
