Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. Handle all aspects of account servicing, including certifications, claims, policy changes, and renewals. Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager on marketing efforts, with the opportunity to take on marketing responsibilities if experienced. Utilize advanced technology and AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Adapt to changing client needs and industry trends. Prepare to take on a leadership role as the current Commercial Lines Manager transitions to retirement in the next 3-4 years. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, preferably in commercial lines. Skills: Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technologically proficient, with experience using AI tools. Strong client focus and ability to build lasting relationships. Team-oriented mindset with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
