You Have: 3+ years of experience with OUSD-Policy, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Theater Special Operations Commands Experience drafting materials for senior executive leadership, including read aheads and talking points for bilateral and multilateral international policy-level engagements Experience with experimentation such as wargame planning or exercise planning Knowledge of OUSD-Policy and Joint Staff processes and culture TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience preparing and briefing senior civilian and uniformed military leaders for their engagements Experience serving as the lead action officer for trips accompanying senior leaders for international or domestic engagements Experience with supporting Congressional engagements Experience working with Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC) Knowledge of DOW-level planning processes Ability to advise executives on significant security cooperation initiatives Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree in International Relations or Political Science Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
