Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, administer medications as prescribed, and document care provided.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to adjust plans of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately and provide guidance as needed.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences; apply critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure patient safety, and uphold infection control and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligible for CA licensure)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or a related inpatient setting
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts; willingness to travel for assignment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document care accurately
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship requirements
