Customer Support Specialist

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the construction industry. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and providing product and service information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed customer records, and working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to providing top‑note customer service are essential for success in this role.
