Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing and executing all core HR functions for an organization of 300+ employees. This role partners closely with executive leadership and people managers to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support business objectives through effective people practices. The ideal candidate brings deep, multi-functional HR experience and a proven ability to scale HR processes in a growing or complex organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy Align HR initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities Lead change management initiatives and support organizational growth Employee Relations & Performance Management Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching Advise managers on best practices for employee engagement, retention, and development Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve hiring effectiveness Implement workforce planning and succession planning strategies Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards Manage compensation structures, job evaluations, and salary administration Oversee benefits programs, vendor relationships, and annual renewals Ensure competitive and compliant total rewards offerings Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook Oversee audits, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements HR Operations & Systems Manage HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee data integrity Streamline HR processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency Develop and track HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making Learning & Development Identify training needs and implement leadership and employee development programs Support career development and succession planning initiatives Promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated responsibility across multiple HR functions Proven experience supporting organizations with 300+ employees Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Experience leading or significantly contributing to HR strategy and organizational initiatives Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
