Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

Goldsboro YMCA

The Goldsboro YMCA is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to create a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales and retention, and connect members with programs. You will supervise the facility in line with YMCA policies and collaborate with staff, committees, and the Board of Directors to support the mission. You will perform essential duties that foster engagement, cross-selling opportunities, and exceptional service, while maintaining a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to #J-18808-Ljbffr
