Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated professional to support our business, civil, family, probate and trust and estate law practices. We handle a variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas, ensuring every day brings new and exciting challenges. What You’ll Do: Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists. Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines efficiently. Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. What We’re Looking For: A Paralegal or Legal Assistant with 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm setting and with an interest in business, civil, family, probate, trust and estate law. A strong communicator who can help people navigate difficult circumstances with kindness, and empathy Foundational writing and organizational skills. Strong business and professional acumen. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with or willingness to learn case management and legal software.
