Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, driven, and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Startup Acquisition & Customer Experience (ACE) team. Our organization drives adoption of the AWS platform by startups worldwide through scale programs that serve thousands of partners and their portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program operations for scale startup programs, including onboarding workflows, campaign management, performance monitoring, and business reviews. Design and execute scale engagement motions (webinars, newsletters, office hours, partner communications) using data‑driven prioritization and Salesforce campaign management. Scale cloud migration programs by driving referral motions into AI migration experiences, coordinating with Operations on partner tooling, and enabling consulting partners to launch migration opportunities. Serve as human‑in‑the‑loop for AI‑driven partner engagement workflows—monitoring automated outreach, triaging escalations, and ensuring quality across high‑volume partner communications. Design, build, and iterate AI‑powered operational workflows to automate application triage, partner communications, data scoring, and reporting—reducing manual execution while insisting on the highest standards. Drive measurable business impact through credit program management, financial analysis, signup growth, and partner performance metrics. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams to align program execution with organizational goals. Drive process innovation and continuous improvement—identify automation opportunities, build scalable solutions, and document operational playbooks. A Day in the Life You will start your day reviewing automated application pipelines and partner performance dashboards, triage new provider applications using AI‑assisted scoring, and prepare a webinar. In the afternoon you may analyze partner performance, draft partner communications, or collaborate with engineering on a new automation workflow. You are empowered to make decisions that leverage cash and credits offers to maximize global startup customer acquisition, growth, and retention. About the Team The Startup Scale Programs team enables adoption of AWS across the world’s startups through scale programs. We manage relationships with thousands of investors, accelerators, and B2B partners who bring their startups to AWS and provide these startups with exclusive offers. Our team operates at the forefront of AI‑powered program management—using automation to deliver personalized experiences while maintaining the highest quality bar. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams. Experience managing operational processes or partner programs with defined SLAs, including proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign and pipeline management. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules. Experience in the startup, venture capital, cloud ecosystem; familiarity with accelerators, investor fund mechanics, or startup programs. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/automation tools (LLMs, scripting, workflow automation) to scale operational processes and reduce manual execution. Experience managing partner relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and business impact analysis. Experience designing and delivering scale engagement programs (webinars, communications, newsletters, office hours, nurture campaigns) with data‑driven prioritization. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
