Role Overview
We are seeking a Capital Operations Program Manager to support funding planning, forecasting, and capital coordination initiatives across large-scale infrastructure and construction programs in North America. This role will partner closely with finance, construction, startup funding, and stakeholder teams to ensure accurate funding plans, forecasting schedules, and capital approval processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has strong program management experience, excellent schedule coordination skills, and the ability to navigate complex capital planning environments within large enterprise organizations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple timelines, understand cost inputs and forecasting models, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage funding plans for large-scale infrastructure and construction initiatives across North America
• Partner with finance, startup funding, construction, and design teams to understand project estimates, funding requirements, and forecast timelines
• Analyze cost inputs, schedules, templates, and forecasting data to support capital planning activities
• Coordinate project schedules and funding milestones across multiple stakeholders and business groups
• Support capital approval workflows and funding request processes for senior leadership review
• Track project funding progress and ensure alignment between schedules, forecasts, and budget expectations
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to capital appropriation requests and funding approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts across funding initiatives
• Help streamline operational processes and improve visibility into forecasting and funding activities

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification or 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience
• Strong experience managing complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and projects

• Strong understanding of forecasting, project funding coordination, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Ability to interpret project estimates, schedules, and capital planning inputs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting executive-level approvals and reporting processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting fulfillment center, warehouse, infrastructure, or construction-related operations
• Experience working in capital operations, project controls, or financial planning environments
• Familiarity with capital appropriation request processes and funding governance workflows
• Background in operational planning or large-scale program coordination
