Senior Financial Analyst -Operations

Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to join our Finance & Accounting team! This hybrid Senior Financial Analyst role gives you the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance while supporting financial performance across our multi-site production network. You'll develop and maintain operational KPIs around procurement, yield, scrap, inventory, working capital, and labor efficiency while producing dashboards and reports that help identify trends and improvement opportunities. You'll also partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement to support production planning, cost improvement initiatives, and operational decisions. In addition, you'll support Operations budgets and monthly forecasts, analyze inventory trends, evaluate capital investments and ROI, and help drive reporting automation and standardization across sites. WHAT'S REQUIRED?Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with ERP systems and data toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departmentsPower BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus! ABOUT USStampede Culinary Partners is an innovative protein solutions company founded in 1995 and built on a simple principle: customer satisfaction.
