For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Club Supervisor to join our Premium Clubs team . This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Clubs, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Essential Responsibilities Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution. Lead, coach, and support Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and other front-of-house team members. Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards. Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with guest seating, food service, buffet setup, and dining room support as operational needs require. Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations. Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and dining room readiness. Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs. Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional dining experience. Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations. Perform additional duties as assigned.
