Why This Role Stands Out 4-Day Work Week – Fridays Off Flexible, Independent Work Environment 36 Hours/Week (Full-Time) Competitive Pay: $32–$37/hour Bonus & Commission Opportunities One Way Travel Reimbursement (2 days/week) What You’ll Do You’ll work directly with “Industrial Athletes” (employees) onsite at a manufacturing facility—helping them perform at their best while preventing injuries before they happen. Your impact will include: Early injury intervention and symptom management Ergonomic assessments (office & industrial environments) Body mechanics training and job coaching Movement screenings and posture analysisStretching and work conditioning program development Delivering engaging presentations to employees and leadership Partnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategies This is a hands‑on, people-focused role where you’ll be visible, valued, and able to make a difference every single day.
