A hospital in the Lake Okeechobee area is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, community-focused team. This position offers $350,000 in compensation and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a region where your presence truly matters.

• 12 hour shifts
• Permanent 1099 role
• Collaborate with APPs working 11a-8p shifts for seamless patient transitions..
• Licensure: Eligible for a Florida Medical License.

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):

• Years of Experience: 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience
• Specialized Experience: Proficiency with Epower Doc EMR is beneficial.
• Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience.
• Licenses: Florida Medical License or eligibility.
• Certifications:
  • MD/DO: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS (All Required).
  • APP: ACLS, BLS, PALS (Required; ATLS preferred).
• Personality Factors: Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
