Senior Director, Total Rewards

To support the People & Impact team, the remote Senior Director, Total Rewards will design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs while overseeing global People Operations, including HRIS and compliance, and leading a team of 4-5 direct reports. Key responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert on total rewards and global People Operations, ensuring compliance and effective program execution Lead and develop a team focused on Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and People Operations/Compliance, fostering their career growth Champion the adoption of AI and automation to enhance total rewards and People Operations processes, improving efficiency and strategic focus Required qualifications Typically 10+ years of global compensation and benefits experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech company Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations affecting compensation Expertise in executive compensation, equity vehicles, and compensation design, including incentive and commission structures Proven track record of developing scalable rewards programs that align with organizational strategy Experience leading HRIS, compliance, and People Operations functions across multiple regions or sites
