This full-time contract opportunity offers a 32.5-hour workweek (8am-3pm with a half-hour unpaid lunch), working alongside dedicated professionals to provide essential behavioral and instructional support.

In this impactful role, you will contribute as part of the Satellite Programs, AFL, and Instructional Support Team, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Prior experience working in school settings, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Expertise in conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide training, consultation, and support to staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and evaluate individualized behavioral intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to guide decision-making
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to instructional staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate on educational planning
• Support satellite programs and alternative learning frameworks (AFL)
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
