How you create impact

The Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert is responsible for maintaining high-quality operational standards, ensuring GxP compliance, and supporting continuous audit readiness within the station. In this role, you will help drive HealthChain implementation, oversee training and documentation processes, and serve as a key partner to local management and Quality, Safety, & Health (QSHE) department on all quality-related matters.

• Support the re-implementation of HealthChain in the Detroit branch
• Manage GxP training, qualification records, and training materials
• Lead onboarding and internal quality training initiatives
• Oversee job descriptions and documentation control
• Partner with local management and Quality, Safety, and Health (QSHE) department on all quality-related topics
• Issue Lane Risk Assessments (LRAs) and manage the full CAPA process
• Identify risks and drive change management initiatives
• Record and manage quality events, CAPAs, and changes within the Quality Management System (eQMS)
• Support workflow optimization and implementation of company working instructions, SOPs, GDP guidelines, and external requirements
• Ensure compliant carrier selection and adherence to GxP standards for Business Process Automation (BPA) tasks
• Prepare for, support, and follow up on customer and QSHE audits

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 1+ years of direct experience in quality, compliance, or regulated environments
• Proven background within healthcare, pharma, or other highly regulated industries preferred
• Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and proactively identifying operational risks
• Hands-on experience driving and implementing change management initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of CAPA processes, including ownership and execution
• Experience supporting and participating in internal and external audits
• Solid understanding of quality standards and ensuring ongoing compliance
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
