What You'll Do:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
• Perform patient assessments and observe vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Support patient care during procedures such as wound care or line management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RTs, wound care, and hospitalist staff
• Document patient information accurately in EMR (Meditech Expanse)
• Float to similar units as needed and follow orientation protocols on site

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience, including telemetry
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Key skills: cardiac rhythm interpretation, patient assessment, IV management, wound care, and teamwork
• Preferred: experience with Meditech EMR and telemetry equipment
