We are looking for an Investor Services Specialist to support servicing clients and help deliver a high standard of account and portfolio administration in northwest suburbs of Chicago IL. This role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage portfolio setup, client communications, reporting support, and service-related requests. The ideal candidate brings mortgage servicing knowledge, strong organization, and a client-focused approach to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build productive relationships with assigned clients by providing timely updates, dependable follow-through, and detail-oriented support.

• Organize activities related to new portfolio setup, loan boarding, servicing transfers, and release coordination to ensure accurate execution.

• Partner with internal departments to launch new client portfolios and keep implementation tasks on schedule.

• Deliver guidance and training to clients on servicing portals, reporting tools, system features, and available services.

• Manage audit confirmation requests, portfolio review support, and other client-driven servicing needs.

• Research account activity and prepare payment histories, servicing summaries, and detailed loan analyses as needed.

• Act as a central communication link between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.

• Contribute to service-level tracking, operational reporting, quality efforts, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Use servicing platforms, workflow applications, and reporting tools to complete work accurately and efficiently.

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing, client support, investor relations, portfolio administration, banking operations, or a related field.
• Background in mortgage servicing, client services, investor relations, or portfolio coordination is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college education is a plus.
• Familiarity with Black Knight systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate across teams, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage operations, loan administration, payment processing, or escrow activities is beneficial.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are an advantage.
