What You'll Do as a Housekeeper:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations

What You Will Bring as a Housekeeper:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Compliance with Westgate Resorts’ Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace policy (applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered, except where prohibited by law)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service
