• Position: ICU RN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
• Agency: Medical Solutions – MedUS
• Strict 75-mile radius restriction
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week
• License Required at Submission: Yes

Required Experience

✔ Recent ICU Experience Required
✔ Level I or Level II Trauma Center ICU Experience Strongly Preferred
✔ STICU (Surgical Trauma ICU) Experience Preferred
✔ Experience managing highly complex critical care patients

Required Certifications

✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ ACLS
✔ NIHSS

Required Clinical Skills

✔ Ventilator Management
✔ CRRT (RN-managed at bedside)
✔ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
✔ Impella Device Management
✔ EKOS Therapy
✔ Neuro Critical Care Experience
✔ ICP Monitoring / Brain Drains
✔ Open Abdomen Management
✔ Post-Operative CABG Care
✔ Hemodynamic Monitoring
✔ Critical Drip Management
✔ Trauma ICU Care

Preferred Experience

✔ ECMO Experience (Program launching/expanding)
✔ Neuro ICU Experience
✔ Cardiovascular ICU Experience
✔ Trauma ICU Experience
✔ Renal Failure / CRRT Patients
✔ Open Heart Recovery Patients

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced critical care nursing in a high-acuity ICU
• Manage complex cardiovascular and neurocritical care devices
• Monitor and manage CRRT treatments
• Care for post-open heart and trauma patients
• Respond to emergencies and rapid patient deterioration
• Collaborate with intensivists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document care in Meditech
