Team Member – Founding Team at Batch
Are you energetic, outgoing, and ready to be part of something brand new?
Batch is looking for passionate team members to help launch Crystal Lake's newest premium dessert destination. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment serving handcrafted frozen custard, small-batch ice cream, authentic gelato, and refreshing sorbet—all made fresh in-house using premium ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
As a Batch Team Member, you'll welcome guests, scoop desserts, prepare sundaes, shakes, floats and specialty creations, keep the shop clean and organized, restock inventory, and help create an unforgettable customer experience. Every guest should leave with a smile, and every scoop should reflect our commitment to quality.

Experience in food service is a plus, but not required—we'll provide paid training.
