HR Intern (m/f/d)

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an HR Intern to support across the core HR team. This role provides hands‑on exposure to HR administration, recruitment support, and people operations within a fast-growing aerospace startup, working closely with the HR team and key internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities You will support day‑to‑day HR administrative and people operations tasks You will assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes You will maintain and update employee data, personnel files, and HR systems You will support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication You will assist in preparing contracts, certificates, and HR-related documentation You will help coordinate internal HR processes, trainings, and meetings You will support employees with basic HR-related inquiries You will contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements Profile required Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Discrete and reliable handling of confidential information Comfortable working with MS Office or Google Workspace Proactive, structured, and hands‑on working style Very good written and spoken German (C1) or French (C1) Very good written and spoken English (B2) Availability to be on‑site in our Lichtenau office Preferred qualifications First practical experience in HR, administration, or people operations Interest in HR processes within a technical or engineering‑driven environment Experience working with HR tools or applicant tracking systems Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset Potential start date: 01.05.2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr World Aquatics
