Director of Residential Services

Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Director of Residential Services to join our team! Director of Residential Services Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple CILA residential programs. Lead, coach, and support Program Managers to ensure excellence in service delivery. Ensure compliance with Illinois OHS regulations, QlDP standards, and agency policies and procedures. Monitor program quality, outcomes, and individual satisfaction; implement improvements as needed. Develop and empower staff through mentorship, training, and performance management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners. Participate in budgeting and resource management for assigned programs. Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across residential services. Director of Residential Services Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required Master's Degree preferred QIDP Certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of Illinois OHS regulations, residential operations, and best practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Director of Residential Services Benefits include: 401(k) Employee assistance program Paid time off Referral program Access to finding childcare & applying for financial assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Mgcci
