Registered Nurse Labor and DeliveryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. This position requires the candidate to be part of a Perinatal Float Pool. The nurse will be required to rotate among different perinatal units. The role involves caring for high-risk OB patients, including those with gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia. Responsibilities include assisting with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Nurses must demonstrate proficiency in postpartum care. The position entails working nights and includes participation in weekend coverage as needed. Floating is mandatory, and travelers must be willing to float between campuses. Candidates will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Additional duties include patient education and support during and after delivery.
