Description Catering Server Entourage Events Group works closely with clients to design and manage events, from private business meetings and luncheons to large-scale conferences, employee appreciation events, seminars, and holiday parties. We offer a wide range of flexible menus and custom options for different audiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic catering server to provide excellent service for our guests at any event. To promptly serve food and beverages to our guests in an efficient and courteous manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, people-oriented, detail-oriented, innovative, flexible and thrives in a high-pressure environment. All positions are paid an hourly wage, will work in multiple locations, and are able to cross-train to work in all our settings as well. All staff must abide by all COVID regulations set forth by the state of MN, as well as internal procedures and policies. Position Requirements $18.00 per hour. $200 Bonus for 6 Shifts worked a month Serve 3 or more tables, as determined by management. Ability to clear and reset tables. Responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations. Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed duties accurately and timely. Perform duties with minimal supervision. Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications Serving experience preferred Responsible for ensuring proper and timely set-up and execution of events. Team player/professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Reliable and consistently arrive on time.
