What We Offer $5,000 sign-on bonus Competitive hourly wage Bi-weekly production bonuses with no cap Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans with employer matching Flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and company holidays Flexible work schedules Reimbursement for continuing education Company-sponsored certification training, including CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, and more Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist Provide high-quality, compassionate care to all patients Conduct scaling and prophylaxis, take x-rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related tasks under the supervision of a general dentist Deliver same-day care whenever feasible to enhance customer satisfaction Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices Evaluate dental conditions and needs, reviewing patients' medical histories Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and periodontal charting as required Take and organize x-rays in patient records as necessary Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational standards Qualifications Valid state Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a practical skills assessment (mandatory upon hiring) About Us Our organization is dedicated to creating over a million healthy, happy smiles each year, supported by a team of more than 2,000 professionals nationwide.
